Our spacious Cosy apartments combine the authentic charm and warm atmosphere of this historic property with modern-day comfort. Enjoy a comfortable and independent stay with a kitchenette, living area, quality bedding, Smart TV, fast and secure Wi-Fi, and individually controlled heating.

Cosy Stay is ideal for both leisure and business travellers, whether you are staying for just a few nights or for a longer period. Choose between two spacious apartments, Cosy 1 and Cosy 3, or our comfortable double room Cosy 2 — the only accommodation at Sleutelhuys that can also be booked for a single night upon request.

Which Cosy accommodation is right for you?

 

Cosy 1 – Spacious ground-floor apartment with large private terrace

 
2 to 3 guests | 64 m² | ground floor

Cosy 1 is a particularly spacious apartment on the ground floor of our historic townhouse. It features a comfortable living and dining area, kitchenette, king-size bed and a large private terrace.

The open-plan bathroom area adjoining the sleeping area includes a shower, washbasin and toilet. For additional privacy and comfort, guests staying in Cosy 1 also have exclusive use of a second, separate toilet in the adjoining hallway, immediately next to the apartment.

An extra bed can be provided on request and at an additional charge, allowing Cosy 1 to accommodate a third guest.

Ideal for: couples, business travellers and guests who appreciate generous living space and a large private terrace.

 
 

Cosy 2 – Comfortable double room

Cosy 2 is the only traditional hotel room at Sleutelhuys and is located on the first floor of our historic townhouse. It features a comfortable king-size bed and an open-plan bathroom area with a shower, washbasin and toilet, separated from the sleeping area by a wall.

Unlike our apartments, Cosy 2 does not have its own kitchenette, making it particularly suitable for guests who do not require the additional space and self-catering facilities of an apartment.

Special feature: Cosy 2 is the only accommodation at Sleutelhuys that can also be booked for a single night, upon request.

Ideal for: short stays, business travellers and guests looking for a comfortable room for one or a few nights.

 
 

Cosy 3 – Spacious apartment in our historic townhouse

Cosy 3 is a spacious and welcoming apartment on the first floor of our historic townhouse. It features a separate living and dining area, kitchenette and a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed.

The open-plan bathroom area adjoining the bedroom includes a shower and washbasin, while the toilet is separate.

Cosy 3 does not have a terrace.

An extra bed can be provided on request and at an additional charge, allowing Cosy 3 to accommodate a third guest.

Ideal for: couples, business travellers and guests who appreciate extra living space during a short or extended stay.

Our spacious Cosy apartments are also well suited to business travellers and professionals staying in Tielt or the surrounding region for a few nights or a longer period.

Frequently asked questions about Cosy Stay

 

Do the Cosy accommodations have air conditioning?

No. The historic Cosy part of Sleutelhuys does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided, as well as individually controlled heating. If air conditioning is important to you, you can choose one of our Trendy Stay apartments or studios.

Which Cosy apartment has a terrace?

Cosy 1 has a large private terrace. Cosy 2 and Cosy 3 do not have private outdoor space.

Can I book a Cosy accommodation for just one night?

Cosy 1 and Cosy 3 require a minimum stay of two nights. Cosy 2 is the only hotel room at Sleutelhuys that can also be booked for a single night, upon request.

Do the Cosy accommodations have a kitchen?

Cosy 1 and Cosy 3 have their own kitchenette. Cosy 2 is a hotel room and does not have a kitchenette.

Can I book a Cosy apartment for an extended stay?

Yes. Cosy 1 and Cosy 3 are also suitable for extended stays. More favourable rates are available from three nights and seven nights onwards, and a tailored rate can be offered for longer stays.
