“We hebben een week gelogeerd in Trendy5. Sylvie is een supergastvrouw, erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Omdat er een hittegolf gaande was, waren we erg blij met de airco. Locatie is zeer goed. Dicht bij een supermarkt, gratis parkeerplek en op loopafstand van restaurants.”

“We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Sylvie was ontzettend vriendelijk en betrokken, wat het verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Het hotel is gelegen op een uitstekende locatie. Betalende parking voor de deur, gratis parking op slechts 5 minuten stappen. Daarnaast is er in het infoboekje tal van informatie te vinden over Tielt, goede restaurants … Een echte aanrader!”

“Ich bin sehr nett empfangen worden. Habe Tipps für meinen Aufenthalt bekommen. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und neuwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Abends und nachts habe ich kostenfrei direkt vor dem Haus geparkt. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ein gut bestückter Supermarkt ist 3 Minuten fussläufig entfernt. Ich würde sehr gerne wiederkommen!”

“Eenvoudige check-in via toegangscode, volgende dag ontmoeting met Sylvie de eigenares van het complex, een zeer vriendelijke dame, we voelden ons meteen thuis. Het Sleutelhuys bevat twee verschillende gedeelten, wij logeerden in het nieuwe gedeelte, in Trendy 1 appartement op het gelijkvloers. Het appartement levert alles wat je nodig hebt voor een onbezorgd verblijf: parkeren kan op het plein voor de deur (betalend, 1 euro/per uur, gratis nachtperiode). De accommodatie ligt centraal in Tielt, op wandelafstand ben je bij een supermarkt en alle winkels voor je gastronomisch plezier (bakker, kaaswinkel, slager en viswinkel …). Aan de Markt liggen meerdere gezellige café’s en bistro’s, je hebt voor elk wat wils. Tielt heeft een ideale ligging voor stedenbezoek en shopping in de omtrek, het is een aangenaam rustig stadje. Hier komen we graag terug.”

“Mijn verblijf in de Trendy 3, een prachtige studio van alle gemakken voorzien.
Een heerlijk bed, een luxe douche (zelfs een uitgebreid care pakketje) met aparte toilet. Een Airco wat was dat fijn na een warme dag eventjes de airco aan en je kon in een heerlijke coole kamer slapen.
Ik ging voor het eerst alleen op reis, en ik voelde me gelijk thuis en veilig. Vooral door de goede zorgen van Sylvie, als er iets is kan je haar altijd bellen.
Tielt is een mooi stadje, maar ook een goed uitgangspunt voor grotere steden zoals Gent, Antwerpen en Brugge.
Vlakbij de studio is er een supermarkt. In de keuken kun je heerlijk een maaltijd koken.
Kortom als je gaat voor comfort en een veilig gevoel. Heel compleet en niet duur boek dan bij het Sleutelhuys!”

“What an amazing and beautiful hotel!
Sylvie was superb, so friendly and helpful. We were able to get on an earlier ferry and she said it was no problem to check in early.
We arrived and was shown to our rooms. We had Trendy 2 and Trendy 5 (penthouse) booked. The rooms were so luxurious! You had everything you needed in rooms. Each room had a spacious living area with sofa, tv, bluetooth speaker and speedy WiFi. The kitchen had a full size fridge, oven and microwave. All plates and cutlery were provided. Even little things like ice trays and washing up liquid were provided. Bedroom had the most fantastic, large and comfy bed. Had the greatest night’s sleep. Towels, bathrobes, slippers and luxury toiletries were all complimentary just like a 5 star hotel. Trendy 2 had a massive terrace area and Trendy 5 being the penthouse had a terrace over looking the beautiful town. Amazing views in the evening!
It had the feeling of a luxury 5 star hotel but with the cosiness of being at home. With Sylvie’s warm welcome it really does feel like a home away from home.

Nearby you can find some good restaurants, at 5 min walk to the big supermarket and a lovely square. The place was pristine clean, the bed super comfortable. I would definitely stay here again! “Our stay was amazing from the communication preparation for check in and the wonderful welcome from Sylvie. She showed us around our apartment and how everything worked. The place was so well equipped for comfort especially the king size bed. The free parking was just five minute walk after unloading outside the hotel so no inconvenience there. Sylvie recommended where to shop and eat in the town and a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this hotel and the town of Tielt as a perfect base to explore the Flanders region.”

“This is an exceptional place!
Beginning of the year I moved to Belgium and, as a temporary location while looking for a fix appartment I stayed in Sleutelhuys almost 2 months. It was difficult because of covid times but Sylvie (owner) helped me a lot. She is extremely kind and takes care about all the details. Always tries to keep contact with you to provide help, advice or whatever you need and whenever!
The room was quite big, the bed very comfortable, once of the most comfortables where I have slept!
The kitchen had all you need and living room area was very nice. I had to work from there during the mandatory quarantine and they immediately provided an extra table and chair to install my office there.
During these two months I felt like at home!
I would recommend the stay there, for sure.”

“Wat een ervaring! Ik heb vele hotels bezocht maar dit overtreft werkelijk alles. Het gevoel van thuis zijn is hier letterlijk van kracht. Het appartement van alle gemakken voorzien en super comfortabel. Aparte woonkamer, aparte slaapkamer en een keuken. Even geen zin om te koken? Geen probleem want in de directe omgeving zijn er genoeg restaurants om uit te kiezen. Geen zin om een ontbijt te maken? Ook geen probleem want een ontbijt is apart te boeken en staat ‘s morgens voor de deur.
Zeker een aanrader voor mensen die op reis zijn en een thuisgevoel zoeken.”
